Well, what a crazy month it has been!!! From 10 degrees and rainstorms to 30 degrees and scorching sun, July has been filled with changes, new starts and accomplishments.
We started the month with our brand new styling chair, the Hampton, arriving in our showroom and it has been an instant hit with most of them selling before they even reached us! Plenty of you have loved the timeless look with the textured fabric and quilted back. Some of you have even started to customise the Hampton in different fabric colours and we can’t wait to see them once they’re made!
After all of the hard work, patience and sometimes absolute frustration, our brand new ‘Online Visualiser’ has launched! This enables you to be able to design every part of you salon furniture from scratch with options to change the colour, metal, wood, styling chair base and arms and so much more! What’s great, is that once you have created your furniture you can simply add it to your basket and get it sent straight to your front door. If you haven’t tried it out already, it’s an absolute must!
We are super proud and excited to see our long-standing clients, Cresswell Barbers being featured in the Modern Barber Magazine! It was fantastic to read all about Natalie and her teams’ journey at Cresswell Barbers. They are always such delights to deal with and it is such an interesting read. A big ‘well done’ from all of us here at SEC and we can’t wait to see what’s next to come.
For weeks and weeks, we were feeling so impatient about the arrival of our new Infinity Mirrors. Were they going to turn out how we imagined they’d be, were they going to be as impressive as we hoped? Boy…. did they pay off, BIG TIME!!!! These mirrors are quite possibly the most striking and impactful mirrors we have seen in a very long time. Available in either full length or round and both featuring an illuminated LED surround back light to really give them that “infinite” floating feel. Although we love the photographs that we have taken of them in our showroom, they really do not do them justice and you just HAVE to come and see them!
The UK Government has lifted most of the Covid-19 restrictions and life is starting to feel a bit more normal. However, we understand that a lot of you may still feel apprehensive and nervous about being around other people right now, (trust us, we feel the same), so we have made the decision to politely ask that you remain to wear your face covering in our showroom to keep you and our staff safe at all times. We are continuing to clean the showroom top to bottom every day, we continue to use and provide hand sanitiser and the screens in our office remain in place. We want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable, safe and welcomed into our showroom.
Amongst all the highs we have had this month, we have also had to sadly say ‘goodbye’ to our wonderful Sales Executive, Mel! She has been fantastic to work with, she’s celebrated all of the ups and been a support through all of the downs and we will miss her smiling face and positive attitude in the showroom every day. We know that she has created a brilliant rapport with many of our clients and so we hope that you join us in wishing her well for her next venture! However, we still have a supportive team here and ready to help you with anything you need. If you’re in the area, please do pop in and say hello and we will show you round our fab showroom!
